ABOUT SOZO SUSHI
 

Sozo Japanese Restaurant (Sozo Sushi) originally opened in early 1996. The See You Soonownership/management changed on May of 1997. With the help of friends and family, the restaurant was remodeled and re-organizied to improve service and quality for our customers. We are constantly trying to improve Sozo Sushi to make it better for the customer. Nami Manderscheid, the owner/manager, oversees all aspects and details of the daily operation to ensure that the customer is happy.

We take personal pride in adding an "extra effort" to the quality of our food. Most of our sauces and dressings are made from scratch ingredients. Our teriyaki sauce and salad dressing are excellent examples. The teriyaki sauce is made from fresh fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients which are boiled then simmered until just right. These are our own "secret" recipes. After delivery, we trim our beef, pork and chicken again to reduce the amount of fat. "Extra effort" goes into training our chefs to make proper Japanese-style tempura. Our sushi is delivered daily to provide the freshest sushi possible. We use no MSG and practice recycling to help the environment. And even though avocado prices have doubled since we opened, our "California Rolls" are still the same price and size as when we opened in May of 1997.

Thank YouSozo Sushi's goals are to provide good service and good food at an affordable price. Sozo Sushi has a casual, comfortable atmosphere to relax in, whether you are by yourself, with friends or with family.

Many of our customers have become friends, and in some cases, like family. We would like to thank all of our customers, whose patronage has contributed to our success.

Sozo means "Creative."
